"Overall spot was good. One night for me. Room was spacious/clean. Breakfast had a small selection, but for me, it was good enough. Only one staff member working it, so it felt a bit disorganized. Also a bit far from city center. I booked this location knowing this as I had rented a car, but good for people to understand that at least 25-30min drive away. "

"The breakfast was good but I wish they will serve some variety of food daily. The 3 days we stayed, it’s all the same food that we had every single day. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The one thing I really like about this place is the location. It is very close to the arts and science center, within walking distance. "Se asemeja bastante a lo esperado. Lo que no ha gustado no tiene que ver con arena 20 sino con la forma de construir y diseñar, por ejemplo hay pequeñas corrientes que al no haber puertas no se atenúan, la calefacción (en febrero) se ha necesitado pero es bomba de calor con el aire acondicionado, de difícil regulación y distribución del calor, y el aislamiento acústico no es de lo mejor.
