"The hotel is very clean, the pool is great. However, we had a horrible experience with the staff. Davis was exceptionally unprofessional and unhelpful. In fact, when I had a complaint, he responded with sarcasm in saying “Thank you, ma’am” when he knew I was upset. I’ve never had an experience like this at a hotel, ever. Very disappointed."

"The rooms are in desperate need of updating. Bathroom shower fixtures need to be replaced. It didn't work at all and then when they "repaired" it, it was coming out of the wall."

"The Ponte Vedra Inn and club prides itself on service-upscale amenities- right now the resort is going through refurbishment so the risk -no family pool or adult pool or any appropriate beach access point they also have very limited dining right now the golf club room is it-so despite the setbacks due to the reconstruction, they still always maintain a high level of service just be cautious. There aren’t the traditional swimming pools or beach, access areas or oceanfront dining that the hotel...
