Hotel dekat Pantai Porto Novo

"Just had a wonderful week at the Portals Hills Boutique Hotel. The hotel is extremely clean and all the staff are very polite and helpful, they can't do enough for you. The rooms are very well maintained and cleaned spotlessly every day, we had a lovely sea view from the second floor. The hot breakfasts are all delivered to your table, plenty of choice and ample selection on the breads. pastries, fruit etc.. The pool area is quite small but immaculate and the service delivered by the staff...

"Everything was a great experience from the service to the cleanliness of the room to the staff, except the air-conditioning needs work because for the entirety of time that we were in the room, it was set to 18° however, this was not the reality because it was always warmer than that, therefore, the air-conditioning needs improvement. Gracias"

"Overall our stay was pleasant. The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful. There were no food options available at the property other than breakfast even though the website stated dinner, room service and snack options. When we asked about food we were directed to outside the hotel to restaurants. I have no idea why this was the case."

"The location next to the beach was great. The pool areas were lovely and the breakfast amazing. I had a junior suite which was nice, just some of the furniture looked a little worn. And both me and my sister I a separate room had maintenance issues we had to speak to reception about (the bath wouldn’t drain and the balcony would not lock) neither were actually resolved, The bedding was lovely though. Breakfast and all food we had was of a high standard. The pool not opening until 10am was too...

"Rummet var över förväntan med utsikt mot poolen och på bottenplan. Dubbelsängen var något hård men gick att sova bra i. Frukosten var bra men det kunde absolut vara mer variation då det var full english breakfast varje dag. Pesonalen var jättebra, trevliga och hjälpsamma."

"If you’re looking to stay at a place that’s a glammed hostel - this is it. Hallways are carpeted and stained Arrived to a double room with one room only One pillow and a double bed A pull out couch with stains, no linens and two bath towels. We waited over an hour for help and we received none. It was by far the biggest disappointment. We ultimately left and relocated to another hotel."

"Fantastic hotel and so very clean. Location was amazing. The out door pool was also heated to a good temperature which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and good quality food. Soya milk was also and option along with other plant based milks. Overall a fantastic hotel can’t fault anything! Well done Seramar 😊"
