"When we got to our room we had to get the covers changed as they had blood in them. We had to ask for more pillows and the Duvet was to small as when one of us moved the other got all the duvet taken off them. The bed was also uncomfortable so didn’t sleep well. Didn’t appreciate getting woken early with other guests making a lot of noise in the hall way considering there were signs to say they were in a quiet room. Over all very disappointed with our stay, we have been coming to st ives for 20 years and always wondered what it was like to stay here"

"Park was very close to towns that had lots of good places to see, and the park itself had a great quiet beach for our surfing"

"This place is a little gem. The service is brilliant. The rooms are great and dont be put off by a shared bathroom. The one I used had the finest power shower I have ever seen. I will always use this hotel when I am in this area. Cant recommend highly enough. Tremendous value for money."

"The Garden Room was excellent! It had everything we needed - a comfortable bed, heat and tea. It was beautifully decorated and very cozy. Perfect for a long weekend! The garden was beautiful too. Janet was very sweet and welcoming."

"It is so peaceful! What i loved is that you are so close to the 3 miles of golden sands if you follow the backroad which helps you avoid the mainstream traffic. The property doesn't state it but there is a second toilet in an outhouse and your own private seating area to have dinner in the sun is wonderful. "
