Brighton Suites Hotel
8/10 Good
"I usually stay at The Avenue Inn, but their prices are crazy-high these days, so I booked Brighton Suites. It was a very nice stay, and I have only one complaint (and I'm writing it to help others). When I arrived, I turned the corner and went into their underground garage. There was not one free spot. I found it odd, since there should have been enough spots to cover the number of rooms they have. I parked on the street in front of the entrance and went inside to check in. I told the man at the check-in counter that there were no spots, and he said to display the parking pass (which covered the length of my stay) and "park up here." Lo and behold, I got THREE parking tickets on my car during my stay. Apparently, he did not mean that I should park in front of the building (which is what I took his hand gesture and words to mean), but in a second garage they apparently have. What irked me is that he did not clearly explain that they had a second garage I should park in. He said "up here" and I took that to mean right out front since he told me to be sure to display the parking pass. Had I understood that they had a second garage, I definitely would have moved my car to park there so it wouldn't be out in the open on the street."
Henlopen Oceanfront Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Ocean front property with very short walk to the beach and right on the boardwalk."
The Waypoint
10/10 Excellent
"We used to stay at this property when it was The Shore Inn in the 1990's and 2000's. In 2008 the new owners let the place go downhill, and we didn't return to Rehoboth Beach for 18 years. The renovation to the property and the rooms were incredible. New bathrooms, with a large walk in shower, new flooring-- everything new. The bed was comfortable. The only negatives-- the front desk is at the next property, and I had to walk over to get the parking pass to place in our car. They said they'd bring it over, but we had dinner reservations, and I didn't want to wait. Also with no breakfast, they mentioned free coffee at the Brewery next door- but that did not open until 11am. A short twenty minute walk to town and many good restaurants. For gay nightlife, Diego's is right across the street, and Aqua (15 minute walk) had a fun Happy Hour."

Microtel Inn & Suites By Wyndham Rehoboth Beach

"Will be nice, to have fruits for a breakfast"
Ocean Glass Inn
10/10 Excellent
"The staff goes above and beyond to be helpful and friendly, and they respond quickly if needed. Can't say enough for them. The place maintains a clean, fun charm, is quiet, and even now offers a shuttle to the beach, which is a little bit of a hike. I've stayed several times at Ocean Glass and always have had a great experience. Also, a truly great breakfast place is right across the street. Note that coffee in the morning is now offered at another location off site, and there is no longer a commons area."
Crosswinds Rehoboth

Hotel Wave Rehoboth Beach
8/10 Good
"The property is nice looking but I would say could use some love. It is due for a renovation no doubt. However, I have stayed here multiple times over the last decade, and it is absolutely great if you are not high maintenance or expect a five star resort. It is excellent priced, has a pool and hot tub, and even is dog friendly if that's your kind of thing. The main thing I think is time for renovation is the carpeting is very dirty and due for linoleum or fake hardwood stuff. Again, though with people how people are(not very caring) and being dog friendly it is almost impossible for the carpet to be kept clean. I will continue to stay at hotel wave, as it meets my expectations very well. Keep up the good work everyone!"
