"Have stayed here for years. This year they charged to park at the hotel. The staff seemed less friendly and helpful. First night there had a fire alarm go off at 1am. Whole hotel was evacuated for 45 mins in the rain. No communication from the staff as to what was going on. Not a great way to start ..."

"The hotel was ok but l will never go to Ocean City again. It was so boring and the jellyfish kept most out of the water. The pool was nice and my hubby loved the hot tub. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would have liked better breakfast choices. I just disliked the area."

"This is our 2nd time going to this hotel and our 1st experience was much better. We had a busted outlet in the kitchen that was never addressed so we had to make coffee in the lr area. The pool was closed 1 day and when it did reopen the rooftop bar was only open 2 out of the 5 days we were there. ..."

"This hotel is very conveniently located next to the boardwalk and major things you want to experience. The 2 restaurants in the hotel are very good and reasonably priced being down by the ocean. Hotel boarders the sand, you can't get any closer than that. Pool is heated!!"
