The property is severely unhygienic and heavily infested with cockroaches; we found them crawling in the bathroom, making the space entirely unusable. Furthermore, the hotel is a consumer scam. They advertise a "private beach" on booking platforms but hide a mandatory €30/day fee per beach bed. The room itself was a disaster: tiny, filthy, lacking basic amenities like...

Overall though it was very expensive and the food at the Conrad itself was too expensive. The wider resort was more reasonable but not up to the its 4 star rating. We wouldn’t go again but whilst each element was fine it was too much money for the overall experience."

"What a charming whimsical boutique hotel. Unique in every way. We loved the vibe The staff was so nice and welcoming. Unfortunately we were there on a Sunday so the restaurant was not open. We will absolutely try it next time. It looks amazing Did I mention location? In the heart of the town. Perfect for walking and exploring Pula. Loved our stay. Thank you "
