Room smelled of cigarettes, checked to see if they could change room and the person I spoke with said she had just been in room and didn’t smell anything and offered to spray some air fresh. "Absolutely gorgeous property! Even though it's self check in, staff is around and are very attentive. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Easy parking in the back. Great access to downtown Rockport and beaches. Will definitely stay here again!"

"The room smelled like mildew and mold. The carpet in the entry was soaked. I was told there was no other room. So they put a dehumidifier in the room which filled up within 2 hours. After having management come to the room I was moved to another room that had issues with the ac. The restaurant food was just fair and servers had to be reminded of items ordered Will not go back"

This was extremely important for our stay considering my son is autistic and requires sensory relief. The listing is false advertisement. Tim, who worked at the front desk did not handle the situation properly, not only did he offer no compensation and/or token of apology, but laughed in our faces when we were visibly upset about the circumstances....
