"Absolutely terrible experience. Every single service was awful from beginning to end. The management treated us with complete disrespect and showed no interest in resolving any issue. We were charged extra fees that were never disclosed and ended up paying more than the amount originally agreed for the reservation, which felt dishonest and completely unacceptable. The food was terrible, and to make matters worse, there were times without proper water service even for basic needs like showering....

"I stayed here 3 years ago and was not told the pool would be under construction until check in. The owner was there and explained he was building a new pool. So here it was 2026, and I thought let’s try again. BIG MISTAKE. Received a WhatsApp message day of check in while I was driving with my family of 5 that the pool is “under construction”. Understand there is not much else to do with no pool. We had an excursion the next day. And how I wish they would warn people that for over 15 miles...

"Hotel adecuado si planeas usarlo para tomar una ducha, domir, comer algo y seguir con tus rutas del dia. El personal del hotel es lo que realmente le da un gran valor: son bastantes amigables y serviciales. Las habitaciones son limpias pero no son de lujo, repito: dormir y pasar la noche. Algo importante es que al estar en el malecón durante los fines de semana vas a escuchar la música de quienes están fuera (dan tapones para los oidos si gustas, igual a las 12 de la noche la policía finaliza...
