"I came into Portland after two flight were delayed at 10:30. The shuttle was there on time, the check staff was awake and helpful, bed was comfy. Price was better than the others. What more could you ask for?"

"The hotel-the lobby, the elevators, the hallways and our room were dirty. We had to "mop" our floor with a towel and they were black when we were done. It seemed like nothing was being cleaned.
Then our room was in the middle of a remodel or something because we did not have a countertop in the space outside the bathroom. There was just a hard plastic covering the hole for us to use. Also, the plugs in the bathroom kept tripping the breaker so you could not use them.
Also, the safety card on...
