"From the moment of check-in to when we checked out. The entire staff pandered to our every wish, On the second day it looked like one of the tires on my car was low. One of staff actually used a Bicycle Pump to top up the air. He then took me a local tire repair shop and got it fixed very cheap. The next day he came back and asked f all was well. The room was impeccable. The free shuttle to take you anywhere you wanted to go and return was a very nice touch. Would HIGHLY recommend the LUX...

If you are in Railay you must go for the view point and lagoon. And yes, to get there you will struggle through clammy mud and roots but tottaly worth it. once you reach the lagoon and manage to get into the water ( careful as rocks and very sharp) it feels so good. Clear blue waters will help you cool off after all that effort and forget all aches and pains.
