"So very helpful, it was my first trip having to use a wheelchair because of illness. Staff was Great 😃 The ability to get around was easy, places to eat etc and now the cronulla sharks club is open it should be even better!"

"It's great to stay if you have early flights as it is only a 5 minute walk to international terminal. Bed was very comfortable."

"Really loved all the extras this property offers- laundry in room, kitchen, and we managed to use the sauna before it closed for the evening which i appreciated as we had a long flight back to Canada the next day. Some of the amenities seem very new and up to date, but a few things need replacing. Beds, kitchen etc; were super clean! However we found a used bandaid in the shower sitting on top of the soap dispenser."

"It was cheap and the bed and linen was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful and I only needed 1 night. However the room wasnt clean (dirty carpet), the shared kitchen had one spoon and felt more like a sharehouse. But the main issue was the cigarette smell in the room, seems to come from the vents and is everywhere inside, so clearly lots of smoking has occurred."

"The reception staff were great. The bartenders were awful. It was more important to them to stock the bar than help us the customer. Overall it is a cold hotel with a lot of metal and concrete"

"We had an issue that the safe did not function. We reported it straight away and the member of staff went and reported it to the manager. Sadly nothing was done and we had to carry valuables with us all the time which was a bit inconvenient . Other than that we found it to be clean quiet well presented and very convenient for the train. Excellent sausage and mash in the Bistro. We would not hesitate to return. Please note that they do not offer breakfast of any kind but there are several cafes...

"Room was enough for a quick relaxation before the flight"

"This gem is close to Westfield Miranda, buses and the train station. Lots of cafes and restaurants close by. My room was spacious and comfortable with loads of natural light. Great comfy bed and terrific pillows. The renovated bathroom was also spacious and I loved the toiletries being supplied. Parking is available, Staff are amazing! Friendly and helpful. It appears to be a hotel that has many repeat guests. I liked the availability of buying snacks in the lobby. A good, well maintained,...

"My Wife & her twin sister left their passports in the safe at the hotel and only noticed at check-in at the airport( 10 hours later lol), the staff at the hotel headed up by David came to the rescue and very kindly returned their passports to them at the airport via an uber they could not have been any more helpful. The food, atmosphere and staff over the 12 day trip were fantastic can defo recommend KW & DW"
