"This was honestly the best solo travel experience I have ever had. Calling Sana a “hotel” almost feels inaccurate — it felt more like staying in a peaceful luxury sanctuary. From the moment I arrived, the relaxing music throughout the property created such a calming and serene atmosphere. The concierge staff, John, Joss, and Renato, went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of throughout my stay. Every request was met with kindness and genuine effort. I had seen a few reviews criticizing the food beforehand, but I personally had a great experience. The portions were generous, the ingredients tasted incredibly fresh, and I appreciated having healthy options instead of typical mass-produced resort food. They were also happy to accommodate modifications to meals without any issue. Overall, I actually spent less on food here than I normally would at an all-inclusive resort. The property itself was beautiful and very well maintained. My room was upgraded before arrival, which was such an unexpected and appreciated touch. Everything felt clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed. The outdoor shower especially was an amazing detail and far exceeded my expectations. One of the highlights of my trip was being invited to the hotel’s Mother’s Day flower crown-making brunch. It ended up being one of the most beautiful and memorable experiences I’ve had while traveling. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, I will definitely be back! Thank you Sana!"

"I had such a great experience here! The staff was incredibly welcoming from the moment I walked in. Everyone was so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire experience. You can tell they really care about their customers and go above and beyond to provide amazing service. "This hotel is absolutely beautiful very peaceful and serene design. The food was amazing and the staff were nice and helpful. The only negative I would have to say is that it’s a very loud hotel. There is music that starts at 10:30 AM into the evening from not only the hotel, but the neighboring hotels. There isn’t a mention of a bar in the listing, but the restaurant does play loud music nightly so if you’re looking for that party vibe, this is a great place to be!"

"I had a great stay at Mía Tulum Beach Resort. The resort was very clean throughout, including the rooms and showers, and the staff did an excellent job keeping the beach clear of sargassum. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, which made the experience even better. I also really enjoyed the smaller, cozy atmosphere of the resort—it felt relaxing without being boring, with plenty to do nearby. Free self-parking was a big plus and made it easy to explore the area. The only minor downside is that some fixtures show wear from the beach environment and could use a bit more frequent maintenance. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would definitely return."
