"We had a fabulous time. Spent a week at Elia Agia in Chania. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially George!! Greeted us with a smile every morning and chatted about what local things to do and what to avoid. Our friends and my husband and I highly recommend it and hope to return soon for another visit."

"The beach was nice and staff were very good. The room was not worth the $1400 we paid. The outlets for phone did not work. The room phones needed to be fixed twice. No hot water on 2 out of the 3 days for shower. First day we had to run the water for 10 mins before hot water came for shower Having a bedroom upstairs and shower downstairs was so inconvenient.
