"I made reservations for two "Standard Apartment (Smart Piscina)" rooms for my family (5 people). At check in they provided what it looked like regular documents with several parragraphs in three languages and they made me sign a couple of them in portuguese as check in staff didnt speak other language so I believed was not an issue having myself stayed in different countries and hotels where had faced the same situation (never had a problem). "Horrible experience. Rooms are very old, queen mattress was in reality two filthy twin mattresses put together with a division in the middle. Bathroom om had sewage smell. Furniture in the room is too basic and inconvenient. Room door was falling apart. The don’t give you beach towels. The will clean your room only once every three days."
