"The hotel was lovely overall and the room was nice and big but there was something about it we didn’t thoroughly enjoy, the outside space and the swimming pools felt crowded somehow although we always found space to sunbathe no matter the time of day. The restaurants were ok but not amazing and the breakfast we felt was lucking variety."

"We arrived late and soaking wet due to weather and transport issues. Our host kept in communication and stayed back to meet us and provided extra towels and a warm welcome. Location was opposite the bus station which made arrival and departure easy. Local bus was a 20 minute ride to the old town. Restaurants and supermarkets close by."

"The perfect hotel in terms of everything including location. I can't recommend this highly enough. The staff are the most helpful I've come across and the breakfasts are incredible. The rooms are very high end and spacious with great air con 2 huge tvs in bedroom And lounge and a huge modern bathroom"

"The property is in an excellent location right in the heart of the old town and it was maintained to the highest level (just as you see them in the photos). It truly felt like a luxurious room/suite and the only thing about it that you could comment on was that the aircon made a bit of a strange noise but other than that it was pretty perfect. Whilst it didn't affect us, the building in which we stayed doesn't have a lift. Would stay again."

Amazing staff that goes above and beyond and everything is clean, amazing food and if you love the sea and swimming, this is your place.Easy enough to reach the main sightseeing which is about 15 minutes away by taxi. "Clean room but bed cover had what looked like a cigarette burn on it despite the property apparently being smoke free. Noisy area but that’s to be expected as it is quite a central and convenient location right by Pile Gate. Street entertainment stops at around 11pm so it does become quieter. "We really enjoyed our stay and we are so glad we selected this hotel. We had a corner room with balcony with amazing views of the beach. Lovely and secluded and a nice spot to have a drink in the evening. Our room was really clean and the staff were friendly. "The hotel sits alongside other Valamar Hotels and has regular city bus to take you to the old city. The parking is 5 min car drive and the hotel offers a buggy service to pick up and drop.
