"The staff were absolutely AMAZING! We arrived an hour before check in, and they accommodated us without any hassle. As two college girls staying here, we never once felt unsafe walking around at any point, night or day. The AC worked FANTASTIC, and we actually were cold a couple of the nights. The one thing I will say is that the entire bathroom wall between the bathroom and the bedroom was semi-opaque glass, which was a bit awkward as two friends staying together and i could anticipate this...

"The reception lady deserves a pay increase she went over and above to help me early in the morning. As my shuttle driver dd not show up. I waited for 2 hrs. Reception booked there hotel tax to Take me..she is absolutely great at her job full of energy and cust. Service. I will come back again.thank you from Helen"

"The bathrooms were not clean at all. Super mouldy showers to the point that I didn’t want to use it. Made the whole experience not great. No bathmats or hand towels were provided so everything got wet. Toitlet paper roll was not changed. Toilet pan was so wobbly. Shower felt disgusting. The bed had makeup stains on the pillow case and I found a piece of hair on the pillow. Most unsanitary hotel experience of my life."
