"Not enough staff, not all rooms were available by 3pm. Beach was not well accommodated, no beach chair or anything provided by the hotel, just the beach and you. Pools (3) were nice but could be better. The place is a little remote by everything else so the hotel should arrange some kinda of activities. We stayed 2 nights and basically just wandering by ourselves. With that said, the rooms were nice (our family reserved 3), breakfast buffet was nice but all could be better."

"Beautiful and clean beach. Big and clean rooms, friendly and helpful staffs, speak good English (esp Mr.Vingh). Hotel provide so many fasilities like free bus to Fairy Stream and some places near by. Free foot massage but too bad the skill is so poor :( .
It is located at the edge of the city but so close to Red Sand Dune. Nice place to relax, quite resort. Lucky there are few restaurants near by although the foods are average. Overall, this resort is nice and worthed for money"

"Good place to stay, the private pool was nice but not very clean. The public pools are nice and look great! The food was bland with not much flavor. Spa massage was good but felt rushed."

"The room was very clean, very comfortable and had a nice view, The staff were extremely polite and attentive, we did not experience any waiting for anything, I loved having a little dip in the pool before breakfast.
The hotel is well situated, on the main raid between Phan Thiet & Mui Ne.
The breakfast was well presented but unfortunately didn’t taste so much, so that is the only opportunity for improvement, otherwise a fantastic stay, thank you very much to all at the staff at the hotel"

"We loved our stay at Aroma Beach Resort. We were surprised with an upgraded room upon arrival which was gorgeous and such a treat. The room, pool and sun loungers were clean and well maintained and breakfast was varied and plentiful. The beach was breathtaking and we’re already sad to leave!
We would highly recommend a stay here."

"The property is beautiful. The pools are amazing and the breakfast is outstanding. The fitness center is the only thing that is underwhelming. It's adequate to get a workout but small and an after thought."
