"The clerk was very helpful, kind. There was no ice machine on 2nd or 3rd floor so it was a little inconvenient. Still a nice place to stay as beds were very comfortable."

"There are quite a few activities listed as “experiences” on the website. I asked multiple staff there about these activities. Front desk, experience desk attendant, valet, pool staff… none of them had heard of any of them. We ended up going over to the Embassy suites (a sister site on the same campus but a 2 mile shuttle ride away) for lunch and lo and behold all those experiences were at that facility. Would have been nice to know before hand because by the time we accidentally stumble upon the...

"I stay here often when I’m in the area due to how friendly the staff is and the easy access to the beach. This visit the water kept turning off and on during shows and when brushing teeth. Never could get an exact reason. Other than that great hotel! "
