"From check in to check out, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We requested an early check in, which was available. Staff knew our flight arrived quite early, and were able to have our room available even earlier. Which was greatly appreciated. The room was great, very clean and was kept clean throughout our stay. Staff were always friendly and accomodating. It is a great central location. With plenty of cafes & restaurants around you. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely return....

"King room was good, with large bathroom. Perfect for overnight stay near airport. The La Boca bar & grill was not so good. The food is very expensive and staff seemed less than knowledgeable. The overall look of the restaurant is a fun, burger bar; with strange cafe style tables and chairs featuring a ‘cow’ theme, however menu seems to aim for higher priced options and missed the mark for us. Wasn’t prepared to pay $44 for the Wagu burger in this setting. Remainder of the hotel was fine;...

"Hotel was okay. I booked two rooms and had two lots of security deposit charged. Upon check out, one of them was released immediately but the other one is still sitting as pending after checking out 5 days ago. Hotel staff keeps saying it's released but obviously something has gone wrong and they can't be bother doing anything about it. Bank said they can't do anything either so all I can do is wait with my funds being held."
