Asked for room service, never got it.
Has to ask 3 times for an iron.

"Property was nice. I really liked my room. Check in process was a little impersonal. I know these days people don’t like interaction but I don’t work there. I don’t want to fumble through their process then feel inexperienced when I’m not sure how their system works. Other than that location was good and I really liked my room."
