"Based on the reviews I read, I was very disappointed. The room was not very clean. There was hair on the bathroom counter and hair or stains on several of the towels. Even the ceiling in the living room area had brown spots on it and the tile grout looked like it had never been cleaned. In addition to concerns about cleanliness, the rooms were quite outdated. The shower head sprayed water in every direction including over the section blocked by the shower curtain and onto the floor, leading to a puddle every time we used the shower. The air conditioning did not seem to work in our room. It read "65" but we were all sweating. The room was a good size, the view was nice, and the staff were very friendly. The outdoor pools were closed and I'm glad there was an indoor pool. However, due to the condition of the room, I will not be staying there again. "

"Ice rink was not available the first two days which was the only reason we booked at the Carousel my grandchildren love to ice skate. The hot tub was not working on Saturday the Coffee shop was not open the first 2 days. "
