"This is the property that i booked but i actually changed properties the second night. We stayed at the maple beach property it was right next to the beach, close to the excursion pickups/dropoffs. The hotel staff were nice, the hotel security was nice and helpful, the host is the same person for both properties he is amazing, very accommodating, very nice person, his communication is great, and he is very helpful. "Cannot say enough positive comments in regards to the property itself and the staff. Upon our initial arrival we were a bit concerned- not a very safe area and appeared as though no restaurant and limited staff. Boy were we pleasantly surprised! Lunch and dinner menus at the outdoor pool bar area and inside dining room were great! Prices were super and food was even better ! Absolutely no need to go anywhere Breakfast was included - there was fruit and slices meats and breads/ cereal daily...
