"Just got back yesterday from our stay at the Clarion Hotel, the hotel lobby is very beautiful, the marble floors are state-of-the-art, it appears that a lot of thought was put into the design of the lobby.The hotel staff was very friendly. "This spot was good for a short last minute stay. I was in town for a funeral and needed somewhere cheap and convenient in location. The location is right outside of town. Not too close, not too far which was great. For the price it was fine but the fridge didn't work and it was nasty on the inside which was disappointing because I had food I wanted to save for in the morning. "The rooms had very little lighting, floors had so many gouges you couldn’t go without shoes because it would cut your foot, sink is so large there is no space on the bathroom vanity, blow dryer won’t even dry your hair, iron was broken into pieces, iron board was torn into pieces, the smell of mildew was bad."

"Loved the large walk in shower, hated the bare bedroom floor. Breakfast was so so. Of the things I usually eat - watery oatmeal, old biscuits, coffee was terrible. Several people were making waffles but it was too much of an effort for me."
