Everything was great in the apartment except not being able to control the thermostat ourselves as it was in the basement we did not have access to. Other than that it was a perfect stay. "

"The photo showing the facility is misleading. We did not stay in the building. We were not informed that the apartment access was up a steep exterior staircase, until just before we arrive. We were told we could park near the stairway, but tenant indignantly pounded on the door and told us to move our car.
