Its as described. Washrooms are cleaned frequently enough. Rooms arent cleaned as well as hotels (dirty microwave, dusty), but not bad enough not to stay. Clean sheets and towel.

2階のキッチンはなべやフライパンなどの調理器具はだいたい揃っていたが、ナイフが2本あるだけでフォークとスプーンは無かった。割り箸とスプーンを持って行ったのは正解でした。 ストーブは４つのうち左手前と右奥はまったく加熱できなかった。 205の部屋のコーヒーメーカーはずっと待っていても中でお湯が沸いているだけで、コーヒーは１滴も出てこなかった。 205のデスクランプはスイッチオンで激しく点滅し、使い物にならなかった。 205のテレビは地上波放送を観ようと思ってもアンテナと繋がっていないというメッセージが表示された。 205の隣のトイレのフラッシュレバーは外れそうで、水を流すのにコツがいる。 また、トイレットペーパーを引っ掛けておくパイプの壁への取り付けが悪く、グラグラ状態でペーパーロールが床に落ちた。 シャワーはお湯が出るまで５分以上かかり、やっと出ても水温が安定せず、途中で冷たくなることが度々あった。

客室が広く、ゆったりくつろぐことができました。風呂トイレは共用でしたが、ある程度清潔で不便はなかったです。しかし、ドライヤーが無いので泊まる方は注意してください。キッチンは利用していませんが清潔で広かったです。ボストンコモン目の前で地下鉄も徒歩2分であり交通の便は最高でした。

The kitchen was fine, but super basic. There weren’t any spoons or forks. The bathroom situation was actually not too terrible for sharing, but it took forever for the water to heat up and sometimes it would go from hot to cold when people flush the toilets. The doors were paper thin and you could hear everything that went on around including the bar below. We stayed on the second floor. It was either dead quiet or super noisy. The host were wonderful to work with though, our room was ready a little bit ahead of check-in time, and they let us check in without charging us extra, which I sincerely appreciated! The location was perfect for running in the Boston Marathon. I would still stay here again if the same price and opportunity was available. I would just know to bring white noise machine and eating utensils.

La ubicación está excelente, muy céntrico y cerca del parque, pero los departamentos no tienen aislamiento acústico y se escucha todo el ruido de la calle, desde los camiones, hasta la gente. Specific unit required serious maintenance and upkeep. Cold showers. Three codes required to enter the building. Elevator was loud and concerning. Carpet was sticky and gross to walk around barefoot. Sixth floor unit windows were closed and so poor that you could hear conversations happening at Street level. Right above a bus stop, cars honking, people exiting bars yelling, Barely slept with two nights. Never write bad reviews, but felt compelled because the experience was so bad.

Super convenient in downtown Boston, and the self service check-in/checkout was great. Communication was absolutely outstanding. The room was exactly what we expected… Small,, tidy, just enough. Hot water for the shower was nonexistent though. And while we appreciate the coffee pot and pods, there was only decaf (nobody drinks decaf!). The hotel is good, location is perfect for everything, it's literally next door to restaurants and pubs and half a block away is literally the park. One minor thing was (and it wasn't a problem), the AC unit, it's working properly but it's also probably the reason why our room was a tad bit warm, but all in all, I would recommend this place for any travelers to Boston... thank you for having us.

El lugar no es un hotel, no tiene recepción, está muy mal cuidado, no te limpian ni hacen las camas diario y está en una calle súper ruidosa de día y de noche, no se puede dormir, un día cambiaron durante la noche todo el asfalto y los dueños sabían que iba a suceder y solo contestaron que fuéramos por tapones y que así estaba anunciado en expedia. Los otros dos días salieron de todos los bares contiguos mucha gente borracha hasta las 3 am y era personas gritando y con música a todo volumen por lo que ningún día se pudo dormir y justo enfrente hay una parada de camión con mucho ruido a partir de las 5 am. El agua sale helada e hirviendo a la vez en la regadera. Deberían ser oficinas más que un lugar para dormir. Esta bien ubicado pero no para quedarse a dormir

We were very happy with our stay! The shared bathroom/shower was never an inconvenience with other guests. The room and general building could have been maintained, but for the price and location, we did not mind. Our room was spacious and comfortable for two people.

The Suites are a great spot, centrally located downtown. Easy access to mass transit, zero street noise, and very secure rooms. Shared water pressure/hot water can make having a consistently hot shower a bit of a gamble, but the shower are private, with locks.The room was very private, one window facing another building and wasn't facing the bed. The bed was comfy and the room was cozy with soft lighting. Three levels of secured doors making it very safe for a single traveller. Would recommend for those younger travellers who are "no frills" types.

There's no laundry in the property, and the elevator is broken for half of the stay. The staff did a good job of replying.

The apartment was very clean and the location very convenient to shopping, the Commons and there’s a great cafe right across the street. The kitchen was fairly well equipped except my unit only had 2 spoons. One improvement would be the addition of some dish towels in the kitchen. I had a great stay and would stay here again.

The property is in need of some tender love and care, very tired and in need of attention. The photos are not accurate as to the condition of the property. The rental units need a paint job and cleaning. The location is good. The smoke detector in the hallway was disconnected. The elevator only worked the first day. The units had several burnt out light bulbs. Stain on the walls and furniture. The bed in the first room was missing the box spring for the bed

Great location for this property. Definitely a low frills sort of place but such a convenient location-within walking distance from the Amtrak station. Convenient to pretty much anywhere you want to get to in Boston. Easy walk to Boston Common, Newbury Street, Beacon Hill, North End. Management was very responsive when we checked in and noted there was an issue with the heat and we needed a few more towels and sheets for the sofa bed. Some great options for food really close by. It was nice having a little more space than a hotel room for our family. Would keep this place as an option if you are coming to Boston, want to be centrally located, and don’t have a car.
