What a fun experience my husband and I had!!! The staff was very kind and welcoming upon our arrival. They are very knowledgeable about the area and gave us several recommendations for things to do and places to eat. We received clean towels daily when they came to tidy up our room. It was very comforting and nice to see after spending the day sightseeing and exploring!! I highly recommend staying here while visiting Boston. My husband and I will definitely be staying here during our next visit!!

Upon arrival the boy at the door just played on his phone, no help getting luggage. Front desk staff not very friendly or helpful. Elevators take forever if they even show up. I think for the price I could have found something better.

We stayed one night in Boston and loved this location. It was walking distance to the Boston Public Library and a lot of restaurant options. The hotel and room were clean and had very comfortable beds. We would stay here again next time we’re in Boston.

The hotel is fine. Good price, great location. Room needed some deeper cleaning in the bathroom but had the basics you could need. Additionally the bathroom shower and wallpaper could have used a spruce. Main issue was the elevator was out, but then the service elevator that people were instructed to use was not consistent either.

El hotel es bueno , siento que le falta un poco de iluminación ya que el cuarto es obscuro y no tiene buena iluminación. Buenas toallas , y falta un poco de ayuda del bell man al llegare pues llegue de noche y no hubo nadie que ayudara, soy de la tercera edad y hubiera sido bueno un poco de ayuda con el equipaje pero el hotel en general es muy bueno.

There were two elevators in the hotel, but one was not working the whole time we were there. Our first room was very dark and lacked any kind of warmth and charm. It was very difficult for two people to utilize space in the bathroom and in the main bedroom because of the lack of furniture and counter area. We asked for a new room after our first night and they did give us one with an up charge. The new room was beautiful and more functional. The problem was the temperature was 88° in the room. It took two maintenance workers about an hour to finally get the thermostat working. The staff we dealt with were very accommodating.

This is a great hotel for solo travelers because they offer a smaller size room with a full-sized bed for a reduced rate. Rooms are clean/modern and have mini-fridges (w/ tiny freezer) and free bottled water. There is a guest kitchen on the first floor with vending machines and free 24/7 coffee/tea. Also on the first floor is a small gym with a treadmill, elliptical, and weights. Service is impeccably professional and the property is very quiet, despite being steps away from the Prudential Center Mall, Copley Plaza, and Boylston/Newbury Streets. This hotel has become my new go-to when I'm coming into the city for events.

The rooms should be regularly checked for damages and cleanliness. The first room we were placed in, the base of the bathtub was filthy and there was scratches/ holes in the walls. This hotel is cute and eclectic. I just think from a business perspective the bathroom was incredibly small, the bathtub didn't work, and the iron didn't work. This was difficult because I was in town for a conference. I think this is a great hotel if you're just coming into town to visit, but not if you need it for business necessity.

Staff friendly and accommodated me getting into my room early. The hotel has not been updated in a long time. However, it has a certain charm because of this. Spacious bathroom.
