Problème de ventilation, impossible de diminué, il fait super froid dans la chambre, nous avons dû utiliser le chauffage d'appoint. parti communes(couloirs, escaliers) régulièrement nettoyée plutôt propre. "Rented double bed with ensuite. Cons: no refrigerator (Expedia advertised it), only shared kitchen (with presumably a refrigerator, I didn't check). Aircon works great but makes clicking sound when using low fan speed, ok on medium - not a problem for me. Indifferent: Some stairs to get up then back down to the room but ok for me.
