The customer service was fantastic, properly spotless and our room was very comfortable for our family of 4, even with air conditioning - which is very hard to find! The host had wonderful recommendations of local restaurants and we really enjoyed our stay."

"The breakfast was good. Our older gentleman waiter was not to good at all. Big language barrier. He made sure we understood the word tips.LOL Messed up the invoice and order more than once. No ice for drinks. A bottle of water was more expensive than a glass of wine. The owner of the hotel Alexandrio could speak English and French. Very nice man but not always available. Helped us out. No shops nearby. Cleanses of room was good. Small room. All tv channels were in Italian. 150 euros for shuttle to airport. (4 people)"
