"Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine. Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault. Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road."

"My daughter and I stayed in the Orme lodge, it was lovely. Nice and warm, squirrels outside the windows. Hot tub is just a hot tub - not one with bubbles! so don't look for a button to press lol Very peaceful. If you go with kids (i went with teenager) then maybe take a laptop to watch netflix etc on. wifi connection great. No sign board with the name of the property, no staff at the reception, getting the room key itself was a big hustle. The room was with a foul smell and not inhabitable. "I thought the property was fantastic and a great location,the parking was a joke and something they should look at.having to work thier way round and one way system then parking on a double yellow is a bit much.no hot shower for three days in 25 degrees is another thing especially with an 88 year old man who was down for his birthday.lovely place and I would go back,just the details.three coathangers and one was broken and the couch was stained but parking was a bit daft and could be sorted out"
