"Good location. Good staff. The rooms are spacious enough and the bed was very comfortable. Had a good sleep. Shuttle service was ok, but stops at 23:00 if I'm correct Excellent experience"

"Overall the hotel was excellent. The only issue we had was there is no bar/restaurant open for dinner on Sunday’s and Monday’s. They did provide a shuttle bus to take us to another of their hotels, only 10 minutes away. That was great!! I would definitely stay again."

"PROs: Locations/Modern/Near Metro/Clean/Everything working/option for brekkie but expensive/Shower toiletries included and liquid soap for sink. CONS: Bike rental reasonable but was not smooth process to exit hotel, bikes only one size and had a smaller adult who just about found a lone bike small enough then bike bits could be better maintained - one couldn't unlock and other seat loose. But we made it work. We had been left to collect and work out by ourselves and after requesting assistance...

"Not up to the standard I expected. May be due to the reconstruction going on next door. Bathroom door would not close unless the toilet seat was up! Awkward manoeuvring luggage to the elevators. Through opposite opening double doors half hidden behind pillar. Shuttle from airport was not keeping to the posted schedule. Was at least 20 minutes late."

"We enjoyed our stay. The property is absolutely beautiful and staff was welcoming. Our room was rather small but comfortable with well stocked essentials. Great location. They also offered bikes for use."

"This hotel is new and unfortunately it has quite a lot to adjust to be anywhere the standard of Radisson hotels. Our check in was good and the staff was professional. The room, while well appointed was lacking a coffee machine and the tv was not functioning. The front desk explained that coffee machines had not yet been delivered and that coffee was available 24/7 in the lobby... A minor inconvenience one can understand. Later we noticed the shower was not draining and had not been properly...

"The staff were great and welcoming and the room was impeccable. However, there was a small issue with breakfast where me and my partner only wanted it for one day out of the 3 nights we were staying. When we went to check out, we were told there was an outstanding balance for the breakfast (we had already paid) So I'm not sure what happened there. Overall, a lovely hotel and near by the train station and buses which was very convenient."
