"The property as a whole is excellent....the valley view rooms are amazing. The rooms and bathrooms are great, bathrooms clean and have been renovated well. The checkin experience was sub-par - the specific manager who did our checkin was rude and un-empathetic. The restaurant is good - while they have quite a bit of options, not everything is available. "Bath rooms seem to be old and there are not sufficient towels kept. You have to ask for every time you need one. Locker didn't work and staff was not responsive to check and help.
