"I read the reviews on this hotel and was expecting a diamond in the rough. What I found when I went, was just the rough. The rooms were decent size but had a weird smell. Bathrooms really small and didn't even have a hair dryer. Elevator was sketchy highly recommend the stairs if you are able. Pool was closed. Parking lot in rough shape. Needs soundproofing and some upgrades. If your looking for a cheap place to sleep for the night then this is a good place. If you're looking for amenities then go elsewhere."

"This is NO COMFORT INN AND SUITES!! It is like putting lipstick on a pig (or a Motel 6 or the like). But they charged us like it was a real Comfort Inn - $144 with taxes). We didn't want to commit because we got stuck behind a few different accidents and the rate went up remarkably by the time we arrived. The building, the parking lot, the room, the breakfast- all dilapidated and low end. Given that Comfort Inn is allowing this place to be in their chain, I will never stay at another. Honestly, I felt betrayed and disgusted by the experience."

"Our plane was late and when we called for a shuttle there was NO shuttle. They quit shuttle service at midnight and nowhere is that stated. We had run around trying to find an uber. The uber driver told us that the front desk should have told us to take an Alamo shuttle since they are right next door to the hotel. We had not way of knowing."
