"Very clean and friendly staff"

"The lady working the check in desk could use some training, she didn’t give us very good directions and she wrote the incorrect room number (ours) on someone else’s card sleeve because they were trying to get in our room and they showed us the key sleeve and it had our room number on it!! They went back to the desk and come to find out that they were in the room next door?"

"It’s a nice little hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Short walk to the streetcar that takes you to thr city, which we liked."

"Great location. It is away from all the hustle and bustle, but is a short trolley ride to Bourbon Street, and the trolley picks you up a half block from the hotel."
