"We had the deluxe chalet. The room was very clean, charming and provided everything we needed. The staff were especially accomodating after a noise issue. The grounds were wonderful and the buffet was great. A+ all around for the staff."

"Hermoso Hotel en las montañas de California , todo el personal de las diferentes áreas (Recepción , Gimnasio, Restaurant, Servicio en la habitación) muy atento y amable , la comida deliciosa , una ambientación navideña inolvidable cuidando el detalle en cada rincón. Es un hotel retirado de la ciudad pero todo encuentras en los markets de la montaña, si te cae la noche camino al hotel es importante manejar con precaución mayormente si eres extranjero y no conoces ese tipo de clima invernal , ya...

"Had a great stay this weekend. My husband and I shared a room with 2 beds and a pullout couch with 4 of our family members. The only thing we complained about was that the pullout couch was in bad condition and the first night that it was slept on, it almost folded in half with 2 people on it. We told the owners and it was immediately taken care of. Overall we had a great stay! "
