"For a luxury hotel, would have liked to check in with a person, Never spoke to anyone, did everything at a kiosk. Also, was charge for a snak in the room, when i did not eat anything……after i moved one of the snacks on the counter looking for a tablet there was a sign for …..found it on the other side of room….ugh!!!! and read that we should not touch at all…….then read that if we had leftovers we could not have kept in frig in room. We had a great meal at Jean and George’s….but could not take any leftovers…..lastly no ice bucket in room….. Now, the Spa was amazing!!!!"
