"Room was nice and I had a great view ( I had the High Roller view) but the refrigerator wouldn’t work. They sent up a maintenance man to fix it, he said he fixed it and it would be cool in about 40 minutes. It never got cool. Another maintenance man came up to fix it. He ended up putting in a different refrigerator. I thought this one would work and I put my food in it, but it did not work so my food did not say fresh. Another maintenance man came the next day and replaced it with a brand new refrigerator. This one worked.
One day, the maid made up my room, but forgot to vacuum it. I called up housekeeping to have somebody come up and vacuum, but they never showed up. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay."
