"The sheets were dirt and stained, ceiling tile were stained from leaky water, carpets dirty, shower was dirty and drain clogged, the landscaping was dead and dusty. Not a good place to stay. I left a day early because of the cleanliness."

"Staff was so nice. Rooms, and lobby were pretty clean. Water definitely has an iron issue. Fairly yellow. My biggest complaint was the “heated” indoor pool. Pool water was absolutely freezing, the pool room wasn’t even warm. The whole floor inside the pool room doesn’t seem to have ever been cleaned. Filthy and black. If anything touched the floor, feet, towel, shoes, they would be absolutely filthy. The whole pool area needs a whole shutdown and deep clean. If I know it was that bad we would...

"Overall, a comfortable stay for a couple of days. The cabin was clean, the bed was comfortable (a king) and shower/bathroom very good. The kitchenette did not have a cook top (and we knew that when we reserved), but the microwave was adequate for our short stay. The setting is very pleasant, and views of the lake were a treat when we were out walking the dog. Recommend with caveats below.
