"I chose this property based on on the reviews that were posted. It said Exceptional. Definitely I didn’t think it was Exceptional. My first room smell like fish, they transferred me to another room which had no air conditioning. The guy at the lobby told me he could get me a fan. Imagine 105 degrees in Arizona with a fan. Was moved to a 3rd room. Had great air conditioning. The last two days no housekeeping. Didn’t do the rooms. I was just so annoyed at this point, that I just asked for towels. Waited two days for towels. Finally my husband had to go searching for a cart to get towels. The manager Kyle and Assistant Manager Karl tried their best to make things better. But, at this moment I was just done."
