"We wanted to stay somewhere close to Epic Universe as this was our first visit to the park. The biggest perks for us for our hotel stay was location and a pool. And the ice machine was not working hen, the only answer they had to give was it just happen to broke recently today same excuse by the third day, we were there and still get. Tv channels offer little, why not offer smart tvs so we all can login with our own or bring firesticks. Bed very very hard. Toilets so very low, like sitting on floor if you are taller than 5 ft 2. I would stay again at the rate I booked the room for. There is a fee of $20 to park that I found a bit surprising. The pool area was also nice but the sun sets over the building quite early so morning and early afternoon hours are better if you want to be in the sun. "
