"The room was a very good size. I would suggest getting an upgrade on the bathroom. It was very tiny. You had to move close to the sink in order to shut the door, the toilet was extremely low sitting, there was no room to put your toiletries. A really small bathroom. Lighting was dim. I think better LED lights/bulbs would work much better in the entire room. The staff were all so helpful and friendly. I enjoyed talking with them and it was really a family style atmosphere because of them....

"Check in was a nightmare. No keys left. After a 12 hour travel with children this was made worse. After nearly 2 hours got into apt, no bedding for 2nd bed. Promised would arrive after contacting at 6pm. At 4am no bedding and eventually said wouldn't be arriving. Trying to sleep with no bedding wasn't good. Would not compensate for this. Then washing machine wouldn't work so on last night when tried to do a couple of loads before moving on was not possible and not able to remedy due to time....

"booked this to save a little bit of money but wish i would have just paid extra to stay anywhere else. this is 4 floors and despite saying i was looking for a place to rest for a few days after cancer treatment while in boston, i was given a room on the 4th floor. i don't have a lot of strength physically, so it was inconvenient. i also had a bag i had to get up there. the stairs slope horribly and i doubt are up to code. if you are physically weak or have balance issues, you should look for...

"The room smelled awful. It was musty/moldy. You could hear everything! People next door were talking at a normal volume and it was like they were the same room. Couldn’t even closed the drapes and I was in the first floor so people could see it. I didn’t sleep at all."
