"The lovely staff person, Lilliana was amazing. She expressed that English was not her first language but she was able to communicate what we needed to know perfectly and she was so kind and helpful. Verdi is an older place with great character but a bit worn and washroom was functional but very tired looking. Lilliana is a gem that knows her job well and was most helpful. She is what made the stay worth it. Five plus stars for Lilliana!☺️"

"The place is conveniently located and the staff were helpful and quick to respond. We appreciated access to free laundry services in the building, including a dryer, and the back patio area. It is worth mentioning that we experienced one issue with very small ants coming in near the balcony door and through the flooring by the window, so we had to be cautious with food. Additionally, the breaker needed to be reset a couple of times. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay."

"Fantastic place to stay in Barcelona. In a slightly less touristy bit of town which adds to the fun. Two metro stations v. close so can get into the centre in less than 20 mins. Great to have the kitchen and terrace. Lovely little pool and terrace on the roof too. Great for relaxing after a day of sightseeing! Staff really friendly. Perfect!"

"Location is walkable to most tourist spots, with options of using public transportation. Check-in is with the hotel reception which provides great service. The 2 bedroom was well equipped and the staff will provide instructions on where everything is. Highly recommended and will definitely book this when travelling to Barcelona"
