"What an unexpected treasure Château de La Ballue. I had booked this stay while touring the Normandy beach landings for just one night. What a shame we were only there for such a brief time. The home is charming and beautiful. The room was perfection and the grounds were such a surprise. I had no idea they were world class manicured gardens complete with a labyrinth! He gave us some excellent recommendations about the local area. Christophe prepared a delicious and generous breakfast for us in the morning. We felt right at home at his accommodation!
