"Staff were pleasant and helpful. Great location if you like a good walk and close to so many wonderful restaurants outside the centre! The hotel feels like it was far grander in previous times - upkeep not maintained. Not providing basic amenities (1 soap dispenser and no shampoo, soap, lotion etc), is pretty poor these days. Breakfast smelled great but chose to each at local cafes. Didn’t realise the spa wasn’t free for guests"

"Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer U-Bahn Station und man kommt super in die Stadt. Das Frühstück war super und sehr nettes Personal. Das Hotel liegt direkt im alten Fiat werk und man kann aufs Dach die Teststrecke besuchen. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert."

"This is a true find in the center of Turin. I had the pleasure of staying here for a week, even though I was injured and they took such good care of me here. It’s quite peaceful somebody’s always playing piano in the Piazza every day and it’s just a lovely setting and a very clean and wonderful place to stay. We tried a couple of times without forcing it and called management. Thankfully, a staff member let us in with a spare. The real issue arose at checkout. The front office demanded a me to pay for the key replacement fee, claiming I bent the key because I "didn't know how to open the door." This logic...

"From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. We arrived late but the receptionist took time to show local sites and amenities on the map and recommended things to do. The room was clean and large, the bed comfy and there was a little balcony for a morning coffee or after dinner drink. Breakfast was good and pretty reasonable - a few days we skipped it to explore local options instead. The hotel has a pleasant outdoor terrace where you can take breakfast, chill in...

"Parking is expensive at 50 Euros but it is Valet parking and you are in the centre of Turin. There is other parking around but it is very limited and first in. The parking around the hotel is not secure. Everything else is exceptional. Highly recommend this Hotel if you are Turin"
