"I can’t say enough about this property and staff. Having travelled to Italy and Europe a dozen or more times few properties have been so welcoming and helpful from start to finish. The property was ultra convenient to the main shopping and eating street in Taormina just a few steps away. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was home made and had a view of Etna from their patio. They also had a heated (like really warm) as well as a rooftop bar for evening drinks. Would return in a...

"Junior suite that wecwere in had a stupid shower unit placed in the middle, spilling water everywhere. Breakfast was fresh but outdoor service pitifully slow. Had to make a take-away arrangement with the helpful concierge to tie in with a taxi pick-up."

"I highly recommend NH Collection in Taormina! Not only is it situated perfectly for touring the town by Foot. We had the best time walking the narrow streets with so many high-end stores and happy people. But… The highlight had to be the people that took care of us at this amazing hotel. Sarah at the front desk met all our expectations and beyond Carissa and Monica were always available. "You stay there because of the view and central location. Huge price tab of a Ritz or Four Seasons without the customer service.... Staff is not terribly helpful at times. We asked for a "Do Not Disturb" sign for bedroom several times. Crickets. We asked to change a large Euro bill. Crickets. We asked for a late checkout for one of our several rooms. Nope. But the view is stunning!"
