"The property (building/room status) was fine, but the location was far from town resulting to a daily walk of aprx. 5km (under heat and humidity) since finding parking at Parga has the same chances of winning the lottery. In five days one change of towels/ sheets and no additional provision of soap/shampoo is unacceptable for an accomodation of this rate. Also the pre-payment of guarantee i.e. 50% of the total amount against the terms of Expedia was very peculiar too. Finally potential issues...

"Location is fantastic overlooking the beach, breakfast is served outside overlooking the beach with fantastic friendly service by Anna, restaurant wasn't open due to late season but we are there last year and the food was fabulous. "The apartment is on the edge of a small but busy town. It backs on to beautiful clean water with views of the mainland and sunrise. "The luxury suite was great and spacious, the bar man Fortis was the best staff ever and made us feel welcome. We were only disappointed when the lady at reception made us wait whilst she ate for 20 mins when we needed our keycard to get back in our room. That wasn't good. "Wer einen ruhigen, idyllischen und besonderen Ort sucht, ist in der Villa Elaia richtig. Der Ausblick ist Wahnsinn! Das Apartment war sehr geräumig und sauber. Toll war auch das Bücherregal, an dem man sich bedienen konnte. Der Weg nach Gaios ist möglich, jedoch beschwerlich (steil, Nachts ohne Beleuchtung, holprig). 1-2 Mal machbar. Auf Dauer ist jedoch ein Transportmittel sehr zu empfehlen! Die Vermieterin Evi steht jederzeit bereit für Tipps, bei Anliegen und auch für den einen oder anderen...
