We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn in Paris, Texas. The hotel is nice, clean and well designed. Breakfast was really good. Try the malted vanilla waffles with butter chopped pecans and syrup. YUM! Best of all was the service. Each and every member of the staff they we encountered seemed to want to be there and assure their guests were happy. That is so hard to find nowadays. I hope these folks are appreciated and rewarded for their great attitude and hard work. PS - One point off for flat pillows. Was provided with additional pillows so was able to pile em up! Thanks

Immaculate and comfortable
The hotel was immaculate and fresh, service at the front desk was excellent. We loved having a large, comfortable sofa with chaise in the room. An excellent shower with great water pressure -- IYKYK. We would definitely stay here again.

Wow! The staff was so professional and friendly! Michelle did such an awesome job communicating with us and looking up info on transportation options. The room wasn’t quite what the reservation link portrayed. But we will be back!

Very friendly staff. When we got here their room key card machine was down...but we made the best of it. The staff was super apologetic and sweet.

The property was clean and smelled clean. The lady that checked us was very nice and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing that made me a little stressed is that you cant completely close the curtains. The outside lighing shined in our room like a spot light. It was like the sun never went down and that caused my husband and I too only get around 3 hours of sleep. My stay would have been awesome if we could have closed the curtains to block the light out. Maybe the curtain situation could be change.

I was surprised to receive a handicapped room and asked if this was requested by Expedia the hotel assured me it was and since they were completely booked I was told no other room was available The shower was main concern as shower water flowed excessively out onto the bathroom floor Getting out of shower onto a wet floor of puddled water can be very dangerous and create a mold problem on sub flooring as water also soaked through flooring at shower edging Very spacious room to easily accommodate guests Very friendly and helpful staff Mattress rotation would be helpful in eliminating signs of lopsided mattress use
