Hotel Les Rives De Notre Dame is a wonderful boutique hotel. Our room was lovely and the size of the room was very comfortable. Dino at the front desk was extremely helpful. Location is ideal for visitors to walk to many of the iconic Paris attractions - The Louvre, Musee D' Orsay, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Seine River and many cafes. I would stay at this property again.

The view from the room was lovely. Large spacious room with great amenities and complementary beverages and snacks. The reception staff, especially Dino was extraordinarily helpful with activity, restaurant recommendations and information to navigate local transportation.

Great Place with a view of Notre Dame, room larger than most European places. Staff was fantastic eager to help in any manner. Even though close to most attractions and restaurants very heavy traffic area that can take you 20 minutes to go 1/2 mile. Overall, definitely would stay here again due to the friendly service.

The staff was second to none; very personable and attentive. The property had a quintessential Parisian, yet cozy vibe; a bit of a home away from home feeling and it was very convenient for walking to restaurants and shopping.

眺めはいいけれど、朝食はありえない。
3階の窓が2つある部屋に宿泊しました。眺めが良かったので、一晩中、夜景を楽しむことが出来ました。夕方からのフロントの方に、レストランのアドバイスを求めたのですが、探す気がなく、対応してくれませんでした。残念ですね。また、朝ご飯、朝食を付けていたと思うのですが、お金を取られました。ホテルズ.comにメールしろと、言われました。驚きました。しかも、あのレストラン会場、食べるものがほぼない！驚きました！！部屋も、場所もいいのに、対応と朝食、がっかりしました。他の方の評価に驚いています。むしろ他の方の評価で、この宿泊先を決めたのに、がっかりです。

As you have mentioned, our aim and reputation is to look after you and make sure you are well taken care of whilst staying with us. This is why we take your review very serious and will investigate to ensure there is no repeat. The hotel in general never offers breakfast-included rates, as there are so many wonderful options to explore around the Latin quarter as well, as our in-House breakfast, which costs 18.00 EUR per person and usually has a lot of choices on offer. We are sorry the choices on offer didn't match your expectations. This will be reviewed and improved to offer a more fullfilled breakfast experience on a consistent level. We hope to get another opportunity to do even better the next time around and we wish you all the very best.

Wonderful hotel, great location
Elisa & Dino who work on reception are wonderful 10/10. They are helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and make you feel welcome. This is the nice thing about staying in a smaller Hotel, the staff genuinely seem to care. Our room was spacious, clean and had the most wonderful view overlooking the Seine & Norte Dame. Comfortable beds. Perfect location-Walking distance to everything(Metro, shops, restaurants, grocery store). Also, excellent communication with me before our arrival. I had a pre-welcome text/email that gave me an opportunity to ask questions.

Great location near Notre Dame
Excellent location. Staff are very friendly and helpful. A little noise from the street and guests above (just hear walking, not voices). Nice amenities. Found out that although hotel shuttle is listed- it’s a taxi that you pay for. Would stay here again! Loved the room set up- truly private bathroom. Assortment of teas and coffees in the room.

This hotel was an absolute gem. The location is super convenient and the view of the Notre Dame Cathedral was breathtaking. The hotel staff, specifically the concierge staff were so accommodating, helpful, and kind. We will be back!

Great place, great location.
The staff is EXCELLENT here! We loved how personable and helpful they were. The hotel is so quaint in the 5th arrondissement. Plenty of good sight seeing & restaurants near by! The hotel rooms are clean with beautiful windows that open overlooking the Seine river. The bathroom shower door did allow some water to leak into the bathroom - but nothing a towel couldn’t fix. Neighbors to Notre Dame & St. chapelle. Overall 9/10 stay for us!

Wonderful little boutique hotel with unusually large spacious rooms for the price and big modern bathrooms with great water pressure. The rooms front on the Seine so if you are not used to city sounds it can be a bit noisy (was a perfect lullaby for us) but you can throw open the windows and look out at Notre Dame and the crowds walking the Seine. Staff is wonderfully helpful and there are a lot of great food options very close by (Le Creme Paris, best cafe au lait in the city, Maison Isabelle for the best croissants and pain au chocolat, and several great bistros within a short walk....Chez Fernand, Le Petit Chatlet, Le Grange aux Canard)

We loved our stay at this wonderful gem in the heart of Paris. Central to all the attractions and only two stops from Gare du Nord. The hotel has been recently renovated so the rooms are fresh, modern but maintaining that french touch of class. Staff are amazing and only too happy to assist with any questions along with recommendations. Will be certainly staying again on our next trip to Paris.

Lovely wee hotel.
It was a gorgeous hotel. Felt very chic. Rooms were slightly smaller than my usual but beautifully decorated. Loved the print above the bed, has given me ideas for my own house! Window onto street and Seine, so you could people watch with a coffee. Complimentary soft drinks in room and charger points near the bed(which is a bonus) Bathroom was always clean and shower was fabulous. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had their continental breakfast one morning, which was tasty. Many restaurants nearby also. We did the Big Bus Tour and there was a stop only 5 mins away. Near to a Metro station, so you can get a train straight to CDG airport. (unless on strike! although taxi rank short walk from hotel) Would absolutely stay again.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay. The hotel is like a hidden gem. It was close to many sites including Notre Dame. All of the staff was so friendly and helpful and housekeeping was efficient, daily and thorough. Breakfast was available for a few, but restaurants were nearby so we ate out. I would definitely stay again. The rooms were small but so are all the hotel rooms in Paris, but everything we needed was nicely organized within the room.

A lovely and friendly hotel and team, whose level of service and attention was excellent. The hotel is clean and modern and the room we had (room 3) was clean and tidy, but with some observations that could be improved such as coat hooks, drawers, softer pillows. Location was great and in an ideal location to see the city and enjoy the sites. In summary a great hotel and staff who will provide an excellent service to support your Paris stay.

The staff and the quality of the room made a huge difference in how I scored. The staff were amazingly helpful- like they were our best friends. The room had plenty of square feet and the view of Norte Dame Cathedral was wonderful. We will return.
