The staff were so kind and courteous. When we arrived early than our checking in time. But they were accommodating.

Está muy bien ubicado a unos metros del arco del triunfo y del metro, sin embargo lo único que no nos gustó fue el baño en especial la regadera que está muy pequeño apenas se puede duchar.

Die Nähe zum Arc de Triomphe de l’Étoile ist wirklich unschlagbar. Das Personal ist nett. Für einen nicht so langen Aufenthalt okay.

The hotel room had a toilet in the shower area much like a camper trailer but without venting. No shower curtain and cracks in the shower. It was a tight space. The carpet looked very gross. The bed was ok. We did check for bed bugs but we didn’t see any. We were on the 6th floor and the elevator and stairs are very small and rickety. I would recommend to keep looking. The pipes were loud and you could hear people moving about more than usual when staying at hotels.

It is quaint and well kept in an active area. Very close to many amenities and transportation. The washroom is modern. Beds were very comfortable. It was very compact but you only sleep there.

We came to this hotel second time in past year. The location is awesome, prices affordable and the hotel stuff will make you feel like you are their own family! Ok. It's not the Hyatt Regency. But if you're on a small budget, staying in an expensive city like Paris, and want a nice area close to the action, what are you gonna do? It's got a great location, clean sheets & pillows, hot water in shower, a modern TV and a (tiny) lift. Any complaining reviews are unrealistic. The place is totally inexpensive and is great for those not planning on sitting in their room all day. Got a great 8 hrs sleep and fantastic dinner at Mojo, a few doors down. Mojo is a quality restaurant at a great price, too. All, steps away from the Arch of the Triumph. If you're wealthy go pay $350 a night, and I'll still get the same 8 hrs sleep for less than $100 a night.

Es un lugar acogedor, la habitación pequeña muy agradable, tiene lo necesario para descansar, bañarte y dejar tus cosas. Esta a 2 calles del Arco del Triunfo y 1 calle de la entrada al metro.

Convenient, a block and half to the Arc de Triomphe, the metro near. The staff we encounter were especially helpful in giving directions. The room was well situated with large bath. We enjoyed the neighborhood environment with small Servette on same block carrying fresh fruits, etc.

El hotel es sumamente pequeño, el espacio entre cama y ventana y cama y pared es muy pequeño, la regadera es imposible agacharse para enjabonar sin golpearse, no se puede tomar agua mucho menos un café por la tarde, el personal no hace por entenderle al turista, en fin siento que le falta mantenimiento

I like the location and the cleaning staff was nice.A week prior to our stay they knew the elevator wasn't working but they still put us in the 6th floor so going up and down is such a pain.Also no hot water on our last day and we were not even inform until we ask about it.

Je suis persuadée qu’il s’agit de malchance mais : ascenseur en panne, absence d’eau chaude le 2e jour et pas de serviette dans ma chambre le 3 e soir m’obligeant à redescendre en chercher et remonter au 5e étage !!!! Le personnel est gentil

Bonjour, je suis restée trois jours à Paris pour retrouver mon école de droit située rue Villaret Joyeuse proche de votre hôtel ou j'ai fait mes études. Malheureusement elle a changé d'adresse. Stanza angusta, muffa sui muri del bagno, spifferi esagerati dalla porta e rumorosa in quanto adiacente all ascensore. Camera priva di spina elettrica per caricare smartphone o altro, bisogna staccare il telefono dell hotel e fare a turno se si è in piu persone.Presenti delle stufette elettriche per il riscaldamento, una in camera e un’altra in bagno. Quest'ultima non utilizzabile per assenza totale di spine elettriche. Bagno piccolissimo, quasi ad incastro, e privo di bidet (vabbe ma questo si poteva immaginare).
