We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. The front desk staff were excellent, friendly, and very helpful. The hotel is very clean and updated. The room is very comfortable and spacious. It got good high ceiling and the washroom was adequately spacious. The location was very convenient using the Metro to get around Paris with plenty of restaurants nearby. I would have given Staff & Service a 5 star, but only gave it a 4 star due to a very unfriendly staff working in the breakfast room one morning. I asked the front desk staff if she could heat up my croissant using a microwave, she told me to go to the breakfast room to ask one of the staff to heat up for me and it shouldn't be a problem. There were two staff working that day, and when I asked one of the staff (he was older than the other one) to heat up using the microwave, he refused to do it. Finally he grabbed my croissant, took it to the back and heated it up with a toaster oven instead, on his way in and out of the kitchen he kicked the kitchen door, and when he came out, he gave me my croissant by kinda throwing the plate on a table. Besides from this unpleasant disriespectful encounter with this staff, everything else were great with this hotel.

This was an exceptional small hotel. It had everything we needed. Our room was clean and beautiful. We would absolutely stay here again.

Brilliant stay in Paris. The staff were really helpful, the location was very convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the lobby area is very relaxing with free tea and coffee available.

The hotel is super cleaned! Convenient to access other point in Paris. For my like it is little big old style but I guess this is Paris. I totally recomemmded.

La estancia ha estado muy bien, la habitación era acogedora, todo estaba muy limpio y la cama muy cómoda. El personal del hotel nos ha ofrecido muy buen servicio, todos muy amables y agradables. El desayuno estaba muy bueno, y la ubicación del hotel bastante bien, ya que tiene muy buenas combinaciones con el metro, buenos restaurantes alrededor y supermercados. Desde luego repetiremos =D

Nice stay
Very nice hotel and the location is good, especially for our trip. Even though I'm super happy with my stay, I was a bit disappointed that a sheet I always travel with (because I always sleep under it) was taken by the housecleaning staff, probably by misunderstanding.

Hotel was fine, clean, area not too far from central areas. Rooms are small like many Parisian hotels. Limited amenities in the hotel but fair price and perfectly satisfactory

The staff was wonderful, the property was nice. The surrounding area was great, lost of places to eat, close to the metro, and plenty of small shops to explore within walking distance. The only thing that we had an issue with was the noise at night coming from the street. We had a room on the perimiter of the hotel with windows. We would open the window to let the cool air in, and we could hear people on the street being super loud. Not sure how a room more in the interior part if the building would be, but just in case bring ear plugs and it may be ok.

There were no drinks available for guests in the lobby and other communal areas. The breakfast was awful - especially the almost raw scrambled eggs.

A great place to stay
The hotel room was exceptionally clean, the breakfast was great with a large choice of different food and the staff were friendly and helpful. There was plenty of bars, restaurants and shops just minutes.

Location was excellent. Good walking and transportation links. Clean. Nice bathroom Usb outlets by bed. Water in lobby (both lemon water and dispenser to fill water bottles) and espresso a nice touch. I liked the door that separates bathroom area. Very quiet.

First experience with Hotel Province Opera
We stayed 6-nights in this hotel. Room size is comfortable; clean & easy access to metro station. But room temperature is a bit erratic as we couldn’t adjust to a temperature suitable for our sleeping. Check-out time was 11am and when I requested for an extension of 1-hour to 12noon as we have a night flight. I was immediately rejected at the front-desk giving reason that the hotel is full. In the end, the front desk agreed at 11.30am and no more she said. I thought hotel management should consider abiding if guests are not requesting more than 1-hour. As guests, we also understand that the hotel needs to do housekeeping for their next guests so we also do not make unreasonable requests. The 1-hour extension are quite common in Asia 3-4 stars hotels too. Maybe Europe hotels can take this into consideration.

Hotel room was a good size for 2 adults and a teenager, lovely big bathroom and shower. Close to Gare du Nord with easy access to the Metro into central Paris and then back to Gare du Nord to take the Eurostar back to London. We had a very annoying repetitive noise during the night which we complained about, the hotel staff said was fixed and it wasn't. There was no fridge in the room which is a basic necessity for cold water as a minimum, especially as the temperature during our stay in Paris was in the 30s! However, there was a water station in the foyer which was a good addition.

Was in a great location, close to transit options to get to the best sites. Breakfast was a highlight, including fresh fruit, croissants and a few hot items. Staff were exceptional

Et fint overnattingsted i Paris
Flott størrelse på 3manns/familierom... god plass på badet og i dusjen. Dusjen kunne hatt litt bedre trykk, men det er det eneste vi kan "klage" over. Gode senger. Ingen kjøleskap, men veldig kjekt med vannkoker/te/kaffe på rommet. Og veldig kjekt med gratis espresso maskin/tevann i stuene
